Note: This page publishes the complete RTM-1 scores for grade transparency and academic improvement. Each short note already mentions the project title/topic to help students identify what to strengthen in future submissions.

Evaluative Notes (to keep learning and improving)

Strong work is defined by structure + evidence. Many reports are already well-structured, but still need clear empirical data, reliable references, or concise supporting numbers.
Consistency matters. Some projects show inconsistency between models (e.g., Simon vs. WSM) or inconsistent table/term formatting—this reduces clarity and academic quality.
Make SOP and KPI operational. A good SOP must be actionable, and KPI must be measurable (clear targets, indicators, and monitoring logic).
Avoid repetition and templates. Repetitive writing and overly “template-like” content reduce originality and analytical strength.
Use this recap as a learning map: keep what is strong, fix what is weak, and aim for a more data-driven, concise, and consistent report.
