RTM-2 Score Recap — Friday Afternoon Class

This page publishes the complete RTM-2 final scores for the Friday Afternoon class to support grade transparency and continuous academic improvement. Each entry includes the project title and a very brief, specific reason so students can identify what to strengthen.

Evaluative Notes (to keep improving)

  • RTM-2 rewards operational thinking. The strongest reports were not only structured, but also data-driven (baseline–target–actual–gap) and ended with actionable improvement plans.
  • Common weaknesses: generic standards, inconsistent KPI definitions, unclear datasets, and gaps that are claimed but not verified with evidence.
  • Academic quality improves when you show “audit-ready” proof: a clean table of standard vs actual, clear metric definitions, consistent units (working days vs calendar days), and a logical chain from root cause → action plan → expected impact.
  • If your score is lower, focus first on: (1) measurable KPIs, (2) dataset evidence, (3) consistent formatting and terminology.
