Final Grade Announcement — Wednesday Morning Class (Total Score)

This page publishes the final grades for the Wednesday Morning class. The purpose is transparency and academic improvement: every student can check their score breakdown and learn what to improve in future assignments.

How the Final Grade is Calculated

• Attendance contribution (20%)
• Project contribution (55%) — combines RTM-1, RTM-2, RTM-3 performance (group-based where applicable)
• Quiz contribution (25%)

Final Grade = Attendance (20%) + Project (55%) + Quiz (25%)

Important: Most project scores reflect team submissions (same report = same project quality baseline). Individual differences often come from attendance and quiz performance.

General Project Evaluation (What to Learn From the Results)

Across RTM-1 to RTM-3, the strongest projects consistently showed: clear problem framing, evidence-based analysis, measurable KPIs, and credible sources. Students who earned high project contributions generally moved beyond “descriptive writing” into structured managerial reasoning (problem → alternatives → criteria → decision → implementation plan → KPIs → risk/mitigation), and kept academic integrity by using traceable references.

Common improvement targets found in lower project contributions:

1. Missing core components (KPI/dataset/gap/action plan not filled completely).
2. Weak evidence (claims without data, or relying on non-official/secondary sources for key statements).
3. Generic programs/KPIs (no targets, no time horizon, no measurable indicators).
4. Academic writing quality (typos, inconsistent formatting, placeholders, unclear citations).

If you want to improve your next project, focus on three things:

• Use official, verifiable sources for key facts (vision–mission, policies, standards).
• Make KPIs measurable (target value + time period + formula/definition).
• Turn recommendations into an action plan (who does what, when, cost/resources, expected impact).
