This page publishes the complete RTM-3 final scores for the Friday Afternoon class to support grade transparency and continuous improvement. RTM-3 assessed how well students analyzed the alignment of vision–mission statements with business environment and organizational functions, and whether the paper translated analysis into concrete programs, KPIs, and evidence-based arguments.
Evaluative Notes (for continuous learning)
- High-scoring papers were not only well-structured, but also specific: they connected vision–mission statements to real programs, measurable KPIs, and credible references (preferably official/company sources).
- Common improvement areas across the class:
- Too many definitions and not enough analysis (vision–mission becomes “theory-heavy”).
- Claims about programs/KPIs without concrete proof (no numbers, examples, or clear evidence).
- Citation consistency and clarity of data sources (especially when using figures/targets).
