RTM-3 (Wednesday Morning) — Project Evaluation & Learning Notes

This page publishes the RTM-3 results for the Wednesday Morning class. The purpose is transparency and academic improvement: students can verify their score, understand what was done well, and learn how to improve the next paper—especially on using official sources, building an argument (not just a description), and maintaining academic integrity.

Key Notes

  • Same score for one team: if the uploaded report is the same, all members receive the same score.
  • If a student’s name/NIM does not appear in the RTM-3 submission dataset, the score is marked T (To be confirmed).
  • T means the work was not identified in the submitted dataset (team/title not matched yet) and will be updated after valid data is received.

General Evaluation (What Students Should Learn from RTM-3)

Overall, the stronger RTM-3 papers were those that treated “vision–mission” as an argument that must be proven, not just a definition to be repeated. High-scoring reports typically used official corporate sources, extracted keywords, mapped the business environment (customers, competitors, regulators, technology), and then connected those findings to function-level strategy (marketing/operations/HR/finance) with concrete programs.

Common Strengths (Usually 86–90)

  • Uses official sources (company website/annual report/official statements).
  • Clear keyword extraction and consistent linkage to environment + functions.
  • Provides program examples per function, not just generic “improve service”.
  • Keeps integrity: claims are traceable to sources, not copied without citation.

Common Weaknesses (Often 78–84)

  • Uses secondary sources for vision–mission (Wikipedia, unrelated papers) instead of official documents.
  • Program examples remain generic, with little detail and no measurable indicators.
  • Mapping is present but too brief (lists elements without deeper interpretation).
  • Some teams “follow the template” but do not truly analyze (the argument does not grow from evidence).

Fast Self-Check for Future RTM-3

Before submitting, confirm:

  • Did I quote/derive vision–mission from an official corporate document?
  • Did I extract keywords and link them to environment factors?
  • Did I connect each key idea to function-level programs (with specifics)?
  • Are all sources and figures traceable and properly cited?
